Terrarium / habitat
The terrarium is the first thing before you're going to find your first snail you need to build their habitat first.
Basic terrarium
Needs for a basic terrarium
- some sticks around the habitat
- Some places to hide under like barks leaning to the stick(s)
- moss or some plants
- layer of dirt (2-4cm / 1-1,5inch)
where to keep the habitat
- In dark (not in very dark places)
- With stable air flow
- Temperature 18 - 30 Celsius (more will ,,bake them alive ´´ but some not)
How to build the terrarium
1. Plastic box
You need a for 5 snails a 12liters (45 gallons) plastic box
2. air
Make holes smaller than 1cm (0,5inchs). make lots of them on the top of the plastic box
3. Inside
make the layer of dirt or coconut fibres. Then Place the stick(s) leaning the wall and place some bark leaning to the stick. Plant some plant in your habitat for the snails to eat something (when you missed the feeding)
4.Snails!
Go and find some snails or get them to their new habitat!

You need for 5 snails small or medium terrarium for a pet store
2. inside (air fixed)
make the layer of dirt or coconut fibres. Then Place the stick(s) leaning the wall and place some bark leaning to the stick. Plant some plant in your habitat for the snails to eat something (when you missed the feeding)
3. Snails!
Go and find some snails or get them to their new habitat!
